i called Chris on a Monday he answered the first time in called after calling multiple agents and getting their voicemail it was refreshing to actually get an answer the first time i called an agent that right there put me in a good mind state but def was worried that he didn't have as much knowledge as real estate agents that have been doing what they do for ten plus years, but to my surprise Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on as far as what i was asking for he showed me three properties the next day opened up his schedule we are currently in the process of me putting an offer on a house within the next 2 weeks chris is amazing def the real deal!

This was my first time buying a home and I wanted to work with someone who was new to the buisness.
For the fact that I knew they would be eager and in full pursuit in finding me what I wanted and as quickly as possible. I knew I would have there full attention unlike other agents who have been around a while( heard many stories). I was recommended to Chris by a friend. From the moment I called him and explained to him what I was looking for, it's been all uphill. Within the first 2wks he had appointments set up for 15 houses that I would be interested in. He did this to give me full choices to choose exactly what I wanted. Well he did an amazing job, because the wife and I found a house we fell in love with. He really cares about you and your house wants. I noticed he is VERY tentative and responds quickly to your texts, calls, and emails. As everyone knows looking for a house has its ups and downs and Ryan is great at keeping your spirits up and continues to look for your perfect home with the same enthusiasm he started with, which makes ot hard for you to not get excited again. What a great realtor
I have to say that the thought of the process of buying a house for my dad was a bit intimidating, however Ryan Clark has made this process so much easier- we spent some time, looking at good ones, looking at not so good ones,he held my hand through the whole process, answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he would make sure he got it OR send me on the right path to find it!
